365nm UV black light is usually recommended for a lot of applications. When it comes to UV LED, you need to specify 365nm or 395nm wavelength.
365nm LED contains almost 0% 395nm wavelength. Black light contains enough 395nm that be absorbed by the fluorescing material to emit visible lights. If the material fluoresces at 395nm, the 365nm UV LED will not work, the 365nm black light may work, the 395nm UV LED will be the best.
