I am in Arizona, the pivoting part of the switch unit that is broken because of the recent hot weather, is it warranted?

The pivoting part is screw-mounted to the switch unit. We can send you the pivot part under warranty.

Turbo is not totally at contact current, at the first hour it runs almost the same brightness, then the brightness will gradually drop, at about 2-3 hours, the brightness drop to half of the original brightness. But since the light output is still usable. You may feel it run more than 3 hours.
