Hello I purchased an underhood light from you. I have been very pleased
with the performance of the LED's. I recently went to use the light and I
noticed all 3 LED's are illuminating very dimly. I was wondering if there
is something that can be done to correct this condition. Thank you

You can send it in for repair, we have lifetime warrant on the strip, one
year warranty on the power supply.
Since all 3 LEDs are dim, I wonder whether that is the power supply. Does it
do the same when you use car battery clamp to power/

I just tried what you said and attached the light strip to an alternative power source and the LED's are again fully illuminated. Iam going to order a new power supply.
