QuestionWe own two eagle lights and two head lamps. The connection plugs do not make good enough contact to keep the light on, it flickers we bought them together about two months a go.

If you are having the rechargeable headlamp, the connection plugs may be clocked by dust or grease, you can clean connection plugs that goes to the battery pack using cleaning alcohol, and then apply conductive grease to the plug and also the pins on the battery pack. Please make sure it is dry when you put it to recharge. If it does not fix the flickering, you can send it in and we will repair it under warranty.
If it is the connection cord to the headlamp attachment causing the flicker, you can just replace the cord. The link to it is:
