Question
I already have the Part Number: SNLETP4W27A that I use for work. Is it possible that I get the 2600 mAh battery instead of the 2200 mAh for the rechargeable headlamp SNLHLRC?

Answer
We don't make 2600 battery pack for the rechargeable headlamp attachment. You can use headset attachment http://powerledlighting.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=10_47&products_id=48 works with your Turbo, then you can use a 2600mAh.

The same wall charger and car charger for Turbo will work for the Rechargeable Headlamp

The difference between the rechargeable headlamp and the rechargeable Turbo with headset attachment is you may feel the battery on turbo run longer. That's because the rechargeable headlamp is constant current, it runs 2-3 hours at the same brightness until the battery is dead. The rechargeable Turbo is not totally at contact current, at the first hour it runs almost the same brightness, then the brightness will gradually drop, at about 2-3 hours, the brightness drop to half of the original brightness. But since the light output is still usable. You may feel it run more than 3 hours.

Question
We own two eagle lights and two head lamps. The connection plugs do not make good enough contact to keep the light on, it flickers we bought them together about two months a go.

Answer
Do you have the rechargeable headlamp, or headlamp attachment that goes between the Eagle LED and the power unit?

If you are having the rechargeable headlamp, the connection plugs may be clocked by dust or grease, you can clean connection plugs that goes to the battery pack using cleaning alcohol, and then apply conductive grease to the plug and also the pins on the battery pack. Please make sure it is dry when you put it to recharge. If it does not fix the flickering, you can send it in and we will repair it under warranty.

If it is the connection cord to the headlamp attachment causing the flicker, you can just replace the cord. The link to it is: http://powerledlighting.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=10_47&products_id=49

We have lifetime warranty on the LED, one year warranty on the battery and charger

we use 2200mAh to make the battery pack for SNLHLRC by default, we can make 2600 battery pack for rechargeable headlamp under special request, the lead time for special orders are typically two weeks to four weeks.
